Mike Owen - Vice President of Sales
Mike brings a 30-year blend of both large and small corporation experiences to Empliant customers. He possesses a unique combination of management, engineering, human resources, organization change and development, and operations expertise to ensure the HR Technology challenges of Empliant customers are addressed.Mike was formerly VP of FPC Consulting Services, and VP of Human Resources at Reichhold, Inc. He has also held various positions in Human Resources, Engineering, and Manufacturing with both General Motors and General Electric. While at Reichhold, Mike helped transition the company from a traditional, hierarchical organization to a team-based, customer focused, highly entrepreneurial business.
He has been recognized for his innovation in working with various employee groups in multiple start-up ventures for General Electric. He has been honored by the Employment Security Commission of the State of North Carolina and the Department of the Airforce for his initiatives in these roles.
